Rockledge Civil, LLC is a fully licensed and insured, Central Pennsylvania based civil construction company providing reliable, responsive, and cost-effective solutions for public and private clients.

Rockledge was founded by a construction manager/engineer with over a decade of heavy civil experience leading complex infrastructure projects. That experience includes managing approximately $30 million in annual work involving underground utilities, municipal infrastructure, site development, roadway improvements, and concrete construction.
